Website information
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how PinCloud Insights LLC handles information associated with this website and business inquiries.
Effective July 12, 2026.
1. Scope
PinCloud Insights LLC ("PinCloud," "we," "us," or "our") operates the PinCloud Insights website. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you visit this website, submit the contact form, or communicate with us about a business inquiry. It applies to the public website and inquiry process. Customer, project, or service data may be governed by a separate written agreement.
2. Information you provide
When you contact us, we may collect your full name, company, work email address, optional phone number, fleet or asset type, approximate asset-count range, primary need, message, consent selection, source page, and permitted campaign parameters associated with the visit. Providing a phone number is optional and may be used for a person-to-person response to your inquiry. Submitting the form does not enroll you in automated marketing calls or text messages.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, payment-card or bank information, passwords, health information, confidential access credentials, or other sensitive personal information through the form.
3. Information collected automatically
Our web host and supporting infrastructure may automatically record technical information such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, referring page, date and time, response status, and error or security information. We use this information to deliver and secure the website, diagnose problems, understand aggregate traffic, and maintain the service.
4. Essential form-security information
When you use the contact workflow, the website uses an essential session identifier and related security data to create a cross-site request forgery token, validate a form instance, preserve validation feedback, apply short-term rate limits, and reduce automated abuse. The rate-limit process may use a one-way representation derived from an IP address; it does not create a permanent marketing profile. Ordinary content pages should not start this form-security session.
5. How we use information
We may use information to:
- review, respond to, and follow up on a business inquiry;
- understand the requested service, fleet context, or operational need;
- communicate about a potential or active business relationship;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and contact workflow;
- prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- maintain appropriate business, legal, and security records; and
- comply with applicable law or protect our rights and the rights of others.
We do not use website inquiry information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
6. Essential cookies, analytics, and advertising
This website currently uses only the essential session storage needed for the contact-form security workflow. It does not use advertising cookies, advertising pixels, cross-site behavioral tracking, session replay, a chat widget, or a nonessential analytics script. We may review aggregate metrics and ordinary server logs supplied by our host. If we later add a nonessential analytics, advertising, chat, embedded-media, or third-party form technology, we will review the privacy notice and any consent requirements before activation.
7. How information may be disclosed
We may disclose information to service providers that support web hosting, email delivery, security, troubleshooting, and business administration, but only as reasonably necessary for those services. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, to comply with legal process or applicable law, to investigate or prevent misuse or harm, or in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business. We do not sell personal information, rent contact-form information, or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
8. Retention
Inquiry emails and related correspondence are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive interaction, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for an active opportunity or service relationship, a legal obligation, security, dispute resolution, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. Essential browser-session data expires with the session. Rate-limit records are designed for short-term abuse prevention and automated cleanup. Server-log retention depends on hosting configuration and operational security needs. We may delete information sooner when it is no longer reasonably needed.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the limited information handled by this website, including encrypted transport on the production website, server-side validation, access controls, form-security measures, and data minimization. No internet transmission, email system, hosting service, or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices and privacy requests
You may email us to ask about information you submitted or to request access, correction, or deletion. Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have additional rights concerning your personal information. We may need to verify your identity and may retain or decline to delete information where permitted or required for security, legal obligations, active business records, disputes, or legal claims. We will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request. Because the launch website does not sell personal information or use cross-site advertising, browser-based opt-out signals do not change advertising behavior on the site.
11. Children
This business-to-business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children through it. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
12. United States processing
PinCloud Insights is based in the United States. Information submitted through the website may be processed and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in another jurisdiction.
13. Third-party links
The website may link to third-party websites or technical sources. Those parties control their own content, security, privacy practices, and terms. Review their notices before providing information to them.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the website, business practices, service providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy and update the effective date. Material changes should be reviewed before deployment.
15. Contact
Questions or privacy requests may be sent to sales@pincloudinsights.com.
